Felicity Mara was born in London. After a time abroad, in New York and New England, her family returned to London, where she studied at Camberwell School of Art and Crafts, gaining a degree in Fine Art. She had her first show at the New Ashgate Gallery, Farnham. In 1994 she moved to Cornwall, where she continues to live and work.
Felicity has exhibited at many UK venues including Chalk Hill Contemporary Art, Guildford; Edgar Modern, Bath; Belgrave Gallery, St Ives; Rainyday Gallery, Penzance; New Ashgate Gallery, Farnham; Penwith Society of Arts, St Ives; Royal Overseas League, London; Bruton Gallery, Leeds; and Brewhouse Arts Centre, Taunton.
